I am looking forward to using this well thought out planner to document about my multiple chronic illnesses. The public library of FREE printables and downloads is AHH-Ma-ZING!
Planner to too small and I cannot return without having to pay shipping, very disappointin because I'm going to have to buy another planner. As a chronic illness sufferer I need lot's of space for doctors appointments, notes etc. I so wish this was in the size 8 1/2x11 it would be perfect!
I gave this to a dear friend of mine who is going through breast cancer. she is recovering, but with all the doctor appointments and things she needs to keep track of, this helps a lot. Plus, this keeps her motivated and focused to stay positive. These are wonderful.
I’ve been chronically ill for over 15 years, so needless to say I’ve been through NUMEROUS “chronic illness planners”. This one is by far my favorite! It has everything you could wish for and then some! The quality is amazing and it is absolutely adorable.
If I had any critiques it would be that I would want more of certain pages - like the lab results, medical expense page, appointment logs, coloring pages, and stickers. Some of my favorite features are at the beginning and include the helpful tips on self advocacy, research, and appointment prep! If only I’d found this planner 10 years ago - how I could have benefited from these pages! (Although they are still great to have as reminders.)
If you’re chronically ill and looking for a cute, fun, functional planner? This is the one!
I will forever buy these chronic illness planners. They’re amazing, and cute, but I can also say, without exaggerating, these planners saved my life.
These planners have a plethora of resources, trackers, and exercises. My favorite, though, is the “Letter to Me” page where on a good day, you write a letter to yourself on a bad day.
It is because of this page, when I went into the worst mental health crisis that I’ve had to date, I was able to read that page and I’m still here. It saved my life, not once… twice. So much so, that I carry a picture of that page with me wherever I go.
This planner is great for chronic illnesses and physical disabilities (which I originally bought it for), but as I learned, it can be a lifesaver if you struggle with SI or other mental illnesses.
Thank you, BloomPlanners. 💕

It’s my third time buying the chronic illness planner because ever since it was made it’s become my go-to. I love having a place i can do my regular planning but also track my health stats and appointments. The design is really well-done and it’s very clear it was made with intention and inclusion.
Bought this to keep track of my sister’s appointments and related health stuff since i started taking care of her and it was soo useful the past year that i bought another for this next year and i got another for my mon to use. I use the weekly notes section that follow the monthly calendar to keep track of phone calls and appointment notes and i feel like it’s a lot of room for this use. I love the stickers that come with it and my sister and i like to decorate the upcoming month with the affirmation ones. We have even received compliments from other people in waiting rooms and the doctors and nurses themselves when i give them the planner with the pages that lists her medications or for her other drs; they end up taking pictures of her planner to show other people. I did add two tabs to easily open the medical summary and medical contacts so that would be kind of cool to see in a future update since it makes it fast to whip out for dr visits. Love this planner:)
This planner has been the best for managing my cancer battle, ptsd symptoms, and more. Im so grateful to have found it.
