I have it on my fridge. It is helpful for planning. The tear off in the middle is nice for taking my grocery list to the store. There are enough pages for a year and two large magnets that seem pretty sturdy.

My wife struggles with cognitive issues; and by planning our menus weekly and writing reminders concerning getting food out of the freezer and putting meals in the crockpot, it allows her to retain her freedom in preparing our meals, freeing me up to continue to work. This is a great little fridge calendar! The magnets really hold it up! We are trying to do more meal prep and hope this helps us. If nothing else, we have the grocery lists that are attached that are helpful!
