Self-Love is SO important. Have you ever heard the saying, "You can't pour from an empty cup"? This quote is simply saying that you can't give if you don't have. If you are not full of love, compassion, energy, and optimism, how do you expect to give those things to others? If you want to be your best possible self for those around you, you need to first check in and make sure that you have enough to give. Self Love Tip #1

Begin your day with love (not technology). Remind yourself of your worthiness before getting out of bed. Breathe in love and breathe out love. You deserve and receive massive amounts of love every day.

Spend 5 minutes journaling this morning. Reflection time and journaling is so important! Taking the time to write down your thoughts and feelings helps you understand them more clearly! Start with writing down 10 things that you love about yourself and then keep going!

Be patient with yourself; you are doing the best you can! Let go of urgency and fear. Relax and transform striving into thriving. Trust in yourself, do good work, and you will see results. You are strong, talented, and hardworking.

Take the time to appreciate yourself and everything around you! Live in appreciation. Train your mind to be grateful. Appreciate your talents, beauty, and brilliance. Love your imperfectly perfect self. When you are constantly living in a state of gratitude, your outlook on work, people, problems, basically everything becomes more positive!
