It has come to our attention that there is a print error on select copies of our 2018-19 academic year Vision Planners. We messed up, and we are SO sorry about it! Our planner community is SO important to us, and we hate knowing that we have disappointed you, even in the slightest! We wanted to take a moment to explain what happened, how it happened, what we're doing to correct it, and what we're doing to prevent these problems in the future!
Certain copies of our 2018-19 Vision Planners are missing the daily numbers on two weekly spreads: August 27th & April 15th.
Are These Planners Still Usable?
Absolutely! If you have a defective copy, all you have to do is write in your own dates for those two weekly spreads. However, we take ANY type of misprint or error VERY seriously! We are offering all affected customers a free gift to help fix our misprint. See below for how to redeem!
How it Happened
What happened here is called a "file conversion error." That means the numbers on these weekly pages were there, but they 'dropped out' of the file when being transferred to the printer. Please know we spend months meticulously proofing every single page of every product before we any files send to the printer - these particular files went through at least 20 rounds of proofing between our whole team! Unfortunately, due to this transferring error, the numbers on these pages "dropped out" at the last minute, before anyone could catch it, and they didn't appear in print.
How to Know If Your Vision Planner was Affected
If you have a 2018-19 Vision Planner, flip to the weekly spreads for August 27th, 2018 and April 15th, 2019. If your pages look like the photo below, you have, unfortunately, received one of the defective copies.
What To Do If You Have a "Bad Copy"
We are sending all users with affected planners a FREE pack of our brand new classic planner stickers
! These brand new packs have some colored dot stickers that you can use to cover the empty circles and write in the missing dates! You will also be left with over 350 additional stickers to decorate your Vision Planner. To get your free stickers, just send a copy of your order confirmation to email@example.com

How We Will Prevent This in The Future
This has been a HUGE learning experience for us! Please rest assured that we have already put in place several new processes and procedures to safeguard against these type of errors in the future!
