Fall Treat + Team Building Day!

Fall is definitely a favorite holiday here at the bloom office. We love to get festive and we obviously look for any opportunity to have a party! We had a fall treat and pumpkin decorating day and we must say, it was one for the books! Each bloom employee brought it in a unique fall treat to share with the rest of the group. This was a fun team bonding event and hearts and bellys were very full afterward!

We wanted to share with you some of our favorite recipes from fall treat day!

Katy's Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

This Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip was a HUGE hit! Katy got this recipe off of the Crumby Kitchen.
Ingredients:
  • Cream cheese
  • Brown sugar
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Cool whip
  • Dippers to serve with your dip (ex. - apple slices, pretzels, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, ginger snaps)
This recipe is super simple - no-bake and all you really need to do is mix everything together. I simplified it even further by using whipped cream cheese instead of regular and cool whip instead of heavy whipping cream which takes a little more prep. And then you just need dippers to serve it with. I served mine with graham crackers and pretzels. The pretzels were definitely the bigger hit, but you can do whatever you want!
Directions:
1) Mix together the cream cheese and brown sugar. **I used whipped cream cheese because it's easier to stir by hand. If you use regular, you'll probably want to use a hand mixer.
2) Add in your pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, then stir or mix again until combined.
3) Fold in your cool whip gently until fully combined. I used about 1/2 of a standard tup, but you can use as much or as little as you want (do a taste test).  **If you choose to make your own whipped cream, use a cold bowl to whip your cup of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Then, fold in as you would have the cool whip.
You're done! Just keep it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve and when you do, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top to make it fancy! View the full recipe, here
